“A goal without a plan is just a wish.”

Denzel Dumfries

“Sometimes you have to fall lower than you ever have fallen before, to be able to climb higher than you’ve ever been before. Don’t give up on your goals just because other say you can’t do it.”

Jeffrey Bruma

“Nowadays I think of myself as an example. I don’t look up to anyone anymore. I know what’s good for me and what isn’t. So in a way I am my own idol. I know what I can achieve if I work hard. And I’m the only one who can do it.”

Bruno Martins Indi

“Most important is to never lose the joy in football. Because enjoying what you do is the key to success. If the feeling is right, you are able to perform your best. It is easy to get distracted. So focus on your feeling.”

Jan Vertonghen

“Ever since I was a child I have had this distinctive urge for expansion and growth. To me, the function and duty of a quality human being is the sincere and honest development of one’s potential.”

Salomon Kalou

“I was able to become a professional football player because of my discipline: eat well, train hard, rest enough. There’s no shortcuts in this sport. Take care of yourself and your body. It is like a Ferrari. Make sure you put the right gasoline in.”

Karim Rekik

“Desire. It is that ultimate feeling inside of me to reach my goal, leaving everything behind to reach that one dream without losing reality, my focus and drive to always be better than my competition.”

Employees

Rodger Linse

Grew up in the football world. Nice technique. The same can be said about his insight into the game, but lacks speed and has bad knees. This meant that the commercial side of sport became his home. Followed same career trajectory as Ruud van Nistelrooy reaching his pinnacle as an agent. Speaks seven languages. Optimist, sports mad. Father of a talented skier.

Jan de Visser

West Friesian, level-headed, a good eye for anything football. Former player for AZ, Heerenveen and Feyenoord. Great lungs, strong left foot. Doesn’t mess about, just gets on with it. Once took a real estate course but, after finishing his football career, became a licensed agent. Father of two daughters.

Santi Kolk

Talented as a football player. Played for many Dutch Eredivisie teams. Silky skills, quick eye, goal oriented. Should have been the Jari Litmanen of the early 2000’s, but it was not to be. Stubborn at times, not always approachable for his coaches. Love for the game, that’s for sure. Even more talented as an agent. Great communicative skills and very knowledgeable on which obstacles young players will encounter in their careers. Born and raised in The Hague.

Hannie Zwijgers

Ex-bank employee, ex-secretary at the Weekbladpers (publishing company). Office manager. Extremely precise and stress-resistant. Protects the interests of the organisation and has done so since 1997. Completely at home at clubs and associations. Very good at putting herself in agents’ shoes and can trouble-shoot with foresight and remarkable accuracy!

John Linse

Former sports journalist. Seen lots of European Championships, world cups, summer and winter games, and followed the Tour de France for many years. Ever since he saw Maradona, as a seventeen-year-old playing for the Argentinian Juniors, score four times against Boca Juniors, he knew – no one was better. Operates mostly in the background and only knows one credo: create the conditions for others to be able to function properly. Bon vivant. Critical and independent.

Mike Schrama

Mike Schrama. Abruptly taken from the hustle and bustle of life in Milan. Critical and dynamic. Speaks a host of languages. Former member of the Dutch (alpine) skiing team and team leader under the Kenyan flag during the Winter Olympics in PyeongChang.
